  • No Refunds after services were provided.


  • No Refunds if your trash was taken out late and wasn't picked up.


  • No refunds if trash wasn't securely placed outside your door and wasn't taken.


  • No refunds if there was more than 3 fully loaded bags and your trash was not taken. 


  • Must take out trash at assigned hour.


  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
